[edit] Plot synopsis
Dr. Everett Jacobs, formerly physician for Vice-President Clark, arrives aboard the station with evidence that Clark lied to avoid being aboard Earth Force One with the president when it was destroyed, suggesting a conspiracy to assassinate the president. Babylon 5 personnel are forced to go behind Earthforce Intelligence in order to protect Jacobs.

- The illness that caused President Clark to miss the flight that killed President Santiago is revealed to be phony, implicating Clark in the conspiracy.
