Thanks for uploading Image:Johnny2.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

Has been nominated for deletion, do not remove the AFD tag. The page in an obvious violation of WP:BIO and WP:NOT, it cites no sources, and would only become relevant when the election is called and even then only after the results are in and a link were needed for all the candidates. The AFD will remain for five days, and at the end of those five days if the article is deleted it cannot be recreated and if is recreated will be deleted without discussion. I personally belive that all Prospective Parliamentary Candidates should be allowed to be profiled on wikipedia. All selected candidates will be in the public eye for the next 2 or 3 years, and with the number of PPC's who are or have been councillors/candidates/etc. they are all politicians at some level. Regardless of political persuasion, I think it would be fairest to allow ALL PPC's to be profiled.
Where did I mention political persuasion, the article has no merit, check the Wikipedia guidelines, you cite no sources and the page violates policy for notability, no PPC is notable until they become an MP. Check the following pages WP:BIO and WP:NOT and you will see that the page you have created is not needed for an encyclopedia. I followed the guidelines by informing you of the AFD, the least you could do is check the guidelines listed to see why Paul Uppal is not notable, and therefore does not need a wikipedia page. The page Paul Uppal has been deleted, as the page's original creator you may want to go to the community to appeal the decision. However, it is not advisable for you to re-create the page, as this will lead to it being tagged with a speedy delete, and a five day AFD discussion will not be necessary.
