The 2000-01 International Baseball League of Australia was played exclusively on the Gold Coast at Palm Meadows. The championship consisted of 4 teams, IBLA Australia, which consisted of Australian born players, IBLA Internationals, consisted of internationaly born players with a couple of Australians, a Major League Baseball All-Stars team and the Taiwan National Baseball Team.
