Iowa Highway 76 is a state highway located in northeastern Iowa. A continuation of Minnesota Highway 76, it crosses the Iowa line south of Eitzen, Minnesota into Allamakee County, where it runs south through hilly countryside until reaching the western side of the city of Waukon; here, it becomes Waukon Main Street up to Spring Street and the only traffic light in the county. It joins Highway 9 on Spring Street and Rossville Road to the southern outskirts of Waukon. It then leaves Highway 9 and continues in a southeastern drift all the way to Effigy Mounds National Monument and Marquette, where it crosses under the elevated approach of the Marquette Bridge carrying U.S. Highway 18. The highway terminates in Marquette, near the gambling boat.
