I wanted to add a link in the section called Further reading because I understand that the information available within the linked document is very helpful in atmospheric dispersion modeling. The link is: Meteorological Monitoring Guidance for Regulatory Modeling Applications

- The Further reading section lists books for further reading. I think it would be more appropriate to add your link (which is not a book) to the External links section ... and I have done it for you. - mbeychok 02:13, 12 October 2006 (UTC)
