Good day to everyone. This is my first Wiki Article, so bear with me as I right this.
I am a 16 year old College Student, and hail from the village of Cottingham, England (this is the village in Yorkshire, not the one which is apparently in [[Nottinghamshire[[). I am a pretty amiable person, and it takes a lot to get me riled up. I am studying maths, physics (specifically, I have an interest in Quantum Physics), chemistry (again, I enjoy Theoretical Chemistry, which apparently dosen't have an article, so I may write one in the future, more than anything else), and further maths to A-Level standard. I have serious aspirations to go to Cambridge University and graduate with a degree in Computer Science. I wouldn't consider myself an expert on any subject in particular compared to some, but that's where Wikipedia comes in.
My am currently learning the C++ and PHP programming languages, and consider myself to be competent with HTML and CSS web design codes. I have my own web domain at [1] and would like to think that it is well scripted. I enjoy passing my knowledge of various coding languages on to people, as it seems that as more and more people use the internet, knowing the nuts and bolts of a language (especially HTML) is increasingly useful. In terms of actual languages, I am studying Japanese as well. I would consider myself to be a student of History. Generally I find myself too busy to achieve everything I want, and so I advance intelectually in a somewhat haphazard way.
On a more serious note, I am currently unhappy with the way my country is run. I am not basing this off newspaper articles, but on how I see things done everyday. I see money tied up in pointless construction projects both in and out of school, and things that need dealing with like discipline seem to be out of control. As much as I dislike the current ruling party, New Labour, I feel that the opposition Conservatives are even less well equipped. Saying that, I would consider myself more Conservative than Liberal, as I feel that goverments should take a much more active role in peoples lives, perhaps leaning more towards the One-Party Communist states of the cold war. Naturally this has been seen to not work, but I feel that a regulating body whose word is final should be instated, and so called Human Rights people shouldn't be able to sue the Government. A body like this couldn't run without being regulated in some way, but then, that's essentially how it is run now. I can see flaws in almost every form of governent, and personally believe that it is literally impossible to run countries on the scale they are now. Perhaps it would be better to split countries up into different domains with different laws that stay mostly the same, except for a review every 4 years by an elected body. if free movement was encouraged between these domains, then you could find the one right for you. Again, however, I see the impracticalities of this.
I try not to talk that much about Politics, and try to live my life without thinking about it. Some would call this naive, and it probably is, but it makes me a happier person overall. I'm not sure if that kind of paragraph is meant to be here, and will happily condense it into more ideas about my views rather than my personal feelings if instructed to.

I really enjoy writing and imparting knowledge, although what I know pales in comparison to some people here. Still, I find Wikipedia to be a good route to sharing knowledge, and find it somewhat liberating to write about literally anything I want. Although I am more inclined towards argumentative texts, I can place those elsewhere. I enjoy the feeling of just writing well, knowledge, I guess, and so wish to start posting here more often.
I have currently posted some more information about my hometown, and some older games. I enjoy Retro games, and therin enjoy writing about them.
