[edit] Radio
Bays was the brains behind the Internet collaboration Not From Space, a two-hour radio production which frequently airs on XM Satellite Radio in America. He was able to utilize web forums to collaborate with voice actors and develop the radio play from script to final edit. Bays wrote, produced, and provided many of the voices including his Bill Clinton impression as well as that of Microsoft Chairman Bill Gates. Historically Not From Space was the first national radio play to be created entirely through the Internet with all performers recording lines in their own homes. It has since won two international audio production awards.
Not From Space was broadcast on XM Satellite Radio a total of 15 times throughout the years 2003 - 2006 on the Sonic Theater channel. It was also broadcast on the W0ki Satellite Network in 2003 to low-power FM stations, as well as KFAI - 90.3FM Minneapolis and 106.7FM St. Paul Sound Affects with host Jerry Stearns. In 2003, it was featured in the radio broadcast Harddisken, a technology show on Danish National Radio in Denmark.
[edit] Internet
As a voice actor, Bays devloped a following on audio websites such as MP3.com from 1999 to 2002 and still offers free downloads on his own Borgus.com. His most widely known voice parody pokes fun at radio talk show host Art Bell. One of his first parodies was of Bill Clinton during the Monica Lewinsky scandal reaching #12 on MP3.com's Political Satire charts in 2000. In June of that year his military recruitment spoof Sign Here Please reached #7 on MP3.com's Comedy chart. Bays also provided the voice for hundreds of webcasts on Live365, a website which hosts audio streaming.

Bays majored in Audio Production at Webster University, St. Louis. He attained a rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Civil Air Patrol.
