[edit] Summary
An (Associated Press) news photo of New York mobster and labor racketeer John Dioguardi being led away by authorities during his arrest in 1970, which appears on Court TV's Crime Library (see [1]). I believe the photo to be under Wikipedia's fair use policies as a historically significant photo of a famous individual and used for informational purposes as well as being of significantly lower quality.
