John Hay High School is a public high school located in Cleveland, Ohio. John Hay is part of the Cleveland Municipal School District, with grade levels including 9th through 12th.

This School is the home of three small schools: Early college(est.2002), Science and Medicine(est.2006), and Architecture and Design(est.2006). Early College is the home to the best and brightest in Cleveland who want to obtain college credits and an Honors Diploma in three years.
