K45HW is a low-powered television station affiliated with the Mexico-based Multimedios Television, owned and operated by Mintz Broadcasting. It broadcasts on channel 45 and licensed to San Angelo, Texas.
On February 19, 2009, which is the end of the digital TV conversion period for full-service stations, K45HW will be required to turn off its analog signal and turn on its digital signal (called a "flash-cut").
