Wikipedia is getting bigger, but is it getting better as a whole? To take a bite at this question, I decided to see what the ten random pages test will give me. I will be repeating the test, after improving the needing pages, having seen them improve, or just getting bored.
My scoring rules:
- 1 - page lacks something essential, ex. categories, content, proper formatting
- 2 - page has the essentials, but doesn't have enough content to merit it's existence
- 3 - page has content, but needs more work, or is unencyclopedic
- 4 - page is OK, and would benefit from a bit more work
- 5 - page meets all my expectations
Note that my scores are subjective!

- Battle of Maldon - a nice history page that reads well (5/5)

That gives an average of 3.2 out of 5. It seems that I had some luck with these random pages, compared to the tests I've seen on other users' pages.
