Kyle Douglas Draganov (born January 9, 1973), an Internet Geographic Information Systems programmer, presently working for on contract with the NOAA Coastal Services Center in Charleston, South Carolina.
Born in Coos Bay, Oregon, Draganov moved to California with his family as a child in 1974. He graduated high school in Saugus California in 1991, then moved to the San Francisco Bay Area to attend Diablo Valley College. He moved back to Southern California in 1994 to pursue a career in photography. He met the love of his life, Kelly Lynn James from New York City in 1995. While visiting Ms. James in New York, Draganov found a job at Emulsion Photo Lab in the Flat Iron District of Manhattan and never used his return ticket to California.

Draganov returned to California and started a new career as a Geographic Information Systems programmer for the City of Oakland, California. Ms. James followed him shortly after the move. The two were married at the Lark Creek Inn, located in Larkspur, California on June 13, 1998. Kyle and Kelly James Draganov gave birth to Isabella Mae Draganov on November 9, 2001.
While working for the City of Oakland under Mayor, Jerry Brown, he helped build Crime Watch, one of the first internet based public access Crime Mapping tools.
After living in Oakland, California for nearly 7 years, Draganov and his family moved to Charleston, South Carolina. The Draganov's bought their first house on James Island in Charleston in August of 2003. Kelly presently works as the Development Director for the Medical University of South Carolina, College of Pharmacy.
