Kevin Fulton

Kevin Fulton is the pseudonym of a British agent from Newry, County Down, Northern Ireland who allegedly acted as a spy on the Provisional Irish Republican Army (IRA). Fulton moved to London, England where he is now taking legal proceedings against the crown,[citation needed] claiming his military handlers cut-off their connections and financial aid to him.

On 5 November 2006, he was released without charge after being arrested in London, and transferred to Belfast to be questioned about his knowledge or involvement in the deatha of Eoin Morley and Ranger Cyril Smith. British military did not disclose whether he was released in Belfast or transferred back to London. The reasons cited as evidence for an interrogation were the allegations made against Fulton in a recently published book, 'Unsung Hero' by Jim Nally and Ian Gallagher "which claimed Mr Fulton worked undercover as an British Army agent within the PIRA at the height of its campaign." - RTE News 1.
