Kiyoto Kagawa (December 11, 1895 – November 26, 1943), was a rear admiral in the Imperial Japanese Navy during World War II. He commanded a Japanese warship force of five destroyers that was defeated by U.S. warships during the Battle of Cape St. George on November 26, 1943. During the battle, Kagawa's flagship was sunk and Kagawa was killed.
