The Korea Medal, or Queen's Korea Medal , was a British campaign medal. Awarded to British and Commonwealth troops for one day's service in Korea or twenty-eight day's offshore. Issued in cupro-nickel to British, Australian and New Zealand troops and in silver to Canadian troops.

- Obverse- Right facing bust of Queen Elizabeth II, with or without BR:OMN surrounding (Canadian issue has CANADA bellow Queen's bust)
- Reverse Hercules wrestling with the Hydra, with KOREA in exergue
- Ribbon- Yellow with two blue stripes
