KQMS-AM 1400 (commonly known as "NewsTalk 1400") is a News/Talk radio station based in Redding, California. The station is now owned by Mapleton Communications of Los Angeles, which also owns its five sister stations in Redding and four stations in Chico, California. It is generally known as a conservative talk radio station, since all of its main radio shows except for Coast To Coast AM are considered to be conservative shows.

Among former radio personalities that have worked at or have hosted programs on KQMS include Ken Murray (former mayor of Redding), Paul Vietti (who was the color commentator of Shasta College football and served briefly as news reporter) George Tharalson (who served as news director from 1994-2004, now of WIBX-AM of Utica, New York), and Kelly Frost, News Reporter and Announcer.
