Kristian Flittie Onstad (born May 9, 1984) is a Norwegian professional footballer defender who currently plays for Esbjerg fB, in Denmark. Before that he played in the Norwegian club FC Lyn Oslo
He comes from a little place outside of Oslo, Lahaugmoen in Skedsmo. Went to NTG (Norges Toppidrettsgymnas), had good grades as well.
