Lake Manitou is the largest lake on Manitoulin Island in Canada. It is the largest lake on a freshwater island in the world. Manitoulin Island itself is in Lake Huron and is the largest freshwater lake island in the world. Lake Manitou has an area of about 104 km² (40 sq. mi.). It is drained by the Manitou River.
