This versatile singer has great ambition to be successful in his area of expertise as he is currently take voice lessons at a music school in Southern California to expand his already gifted vocal abilities, while taking drum lessons with the celebrated Truc Giang.

Born on September 3rd, 1971 in Saigon, Vietnam, Lam Nhat Tien is the youngest of six siblings. LNT arrived to the United States at the youthful age of nine under the ODP program. Although his father was an accomplish musician and guitarist of his day, none of LNT family members ever took part in the entertainment business and even if the idea was brought up, it was immediately shot down but it never got in the way of LNTs aspiration of becoming an entertainer. LNT is one of the very few Vietnamese singers that can sing in many various languages including Vietnamese, English, French and Chinese.

Lam Nhat Tien first performance on a live stage was on Asia Video: Dem Saigon 4 and it was in Asia Video 11: Tho va Nhac, LNT became a household name after performing Mot Lan Nua Thoi in 1995, as we saw his career took off. Within the same year, with the success of his first solo, LNT released his second solo album titled Yeu Em Am Tham with the title song as a love ballad as well as a tear-jerking music piece. It wasn't until his forth solo album titled Mai Yeu Nguoi Thoi that we saw a remarkable transformation in LNTs performance vocally as well as his techniques. LNT creativities and talents earned him the title Top Performer of Asia Entertainment in 2000.

In August of 2002, Lam Nhat Tien made his first performance on Paris by Night, Asia Entertainment other competitor, as a freelance singer. On Paris by Night, LNT got the chance to duet with other music greats on video such as Khanh Ha, Luu Bich and Minh Tuyet. LNT appeared on both Asia and Paris by Nights videos believing he should expand his horizons to achieve new experiences in his career. But it was with Asia, which gave him a name for himself and at the present LNT performs more exclusively with Asia Entertainment. Lam Nhat Tien is currently working on his fifth solo album titled Mot Mai. The album was expected to be released in the summer of 2005 but LNT wanted everything to be accurate and precise as a show of dedication to his fans for their devotion and support in the last decade.
