The Beatles To-do: You can HELP!:
As the project is currently just starting, our more experienced editors are working on the project infrastructure, classifying articles, and listing/assessing red links. Your assistance is welcome. If you would prefer to just edit - and why wouldn't you? - we have a choice selection of red links to turn blue and articles to clean! Now let's get busy.
Full list & instructions.
- Lists to complete:
- Wanted Pics/Graphics: Mal Evans, Flying (song), Astrid Kirchherr, Jimmy Nicol, Cynthia Powell, Alistair Taylor, Ivan Vaughan, Tittenhurst Park, Tony Barrow. We need a better open-licenced photo for the project, to replace the Abbey Road crossing. If you provide a photo, please remove the ReqPhoto tag from the article's talk page and remove the article from this list.
- Project Discussions: The Beatles history, Individual songs vs longer album articles, Beatle wives, Merge/split proposals
- Project: Add {{WPBeatles}} to the talk pages of all Beatles-related articles. Send a newsletter to members, canvas for new members, and coordinate tasks. Enter articles classed as stubs into this list (under To Expand) and also list articles needing cleaning and other work here.
If you complete one of these tasks, please remove it from the list and add your achievement to the project log.

Editing Guidelines |
Please remember these guidelines when editing a film article:
- If a non-film article already exists with the name of the film that you are trying to create an article for, disambiguate and use (film) in the title: Film Title (film)
- When writing an article about a particular film, the general format should be a concise lead section, followed by a plot summary of no more than 900 words, production details, a cast list, a reception section, and references.
- Create an Infobox that tells all pertinent information about the film.

[edit] Still a stub?
Do we consider this still a stub or is it a grown up adult article now? --kingboyk 19:09, 1 March 2006 (UTC)
- I think by the criteria at Wikipedia:WikiProject_The_Beatles/Article_Classification it is 'Start class'. I'll destub it now. --kingboyk 03:07, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Film still
Is that photo of Ringo (behind drum baffles) and Paul (playing guitar) reproduced the opposite way round? McCartney is left handed, but playing right handed here (also, if you look at the guitar, it appears as a left handed guitar played upside down! Surely not right...) Lec CRP1 19:45, 3 October 2006 (UTC)
- I think it is reversed—the guitar is a right-handed guitar, that Paul is playing left-handed; and Paul's part in his hair is reversed. Jimcripps 02:32, 4 October 2006 (UTC)
- Reversed image now corrected. - Zakko 04:11, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
Paul always plays the guitar like that, if you knew anything about the Beatles or Paul McCartney you would know he plays a right handed guitar left handed
