[edit] Most common cardiac manifestion of SLE?
I'm not positive, but my sources note pericarditis (serositis) as the primary caridiac manefestaion of SLE (occuring in Approximately 25% of patients with SLE). Libman-Sacks endocarditis is rare today.
I think that this article should be entitled "Libman-Sachs endocarditis", after Benjamin Sachs (not Benjamin Sacks).
