This would bring the general syntax in line with other rating templates (eg {{A-Class}} etc.), and would also make the colour more distinct in accordance with Shane's request (see comparisions below). I'd like to point I created the colour scheme used for the importance templates and the current scheme used on the quality templates. (See the diffs between my last edit and the current version.)
