[edit] Congratulations!
Still a few hours left, but I want to be the first one to welcome our Lord into the world of the administrator. Firstly, you must get drunk on that glass of champagne, which oddly has been consumed a few hundred times on this very page. _-M o P-_ 05:30, 25 April 2006 (UTC)
Congrats too, I'd give you a peice of cake but it turned into a Cake for Deletion vote which I think you'd rather avoid (50 million new messages prompts :o) -- Tawker 06:09, 25 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] A favor please
Hello friend, do you remember me? In the month of September 2005, your vote had made me an administrator. we all know that the life here is exciting and full of challenges. [edit] hey from thewolfstar
Hey Lord Voldemort, I never came back here and thanked you for calming me down and being nice to me the first time they locked me up. This is the first place I should have gone when they set me free. You are one of the very coolest and most considerate people I have come across while here at Wiki Wonderland. You should get a medal for that.
Also, I would like to ask you a favor. There is a user named Kaspersky Trust who has apparently been blocked for a while for no reason other than no one will help him out. It looks like he may be caught in an auto block. I don't know for sure what is going on but it just seems like something isn't right. Can you tell me how I can help him? Or can you help him? Please let me know what you think.
Thanks a million. Maggiethewolfstar 07:04, 1 May 2006 (UTC)

Fantastic, so now you are an administrator! I would have come earlier, but could not on account of my sickness from 3rd April to 24th April 2006 resulting into my wiki-absence. [edit] Really, I swear...
I had no idea that you were unaware of my vow of admin-abstinence until you wrote me saying you might "want help learning the buttons" -- I felt awful, but there was NO WAY I was letting the cat out of the bag then, since you would have turned the tables on me, and I'd have had no choice but to accept. Really, until Splash took his wikibreak (24 April), and DRV developed a three-week backlog (earlier this week), I had never been tempted to abandon my longtime stance as friendly "lackey to the admins" and nothing more; I'm still going to consider myself only that, no matter what happens at the RfA.
If it makes you feel any better, I was thinking of you when I surrendered to Encephalon's request for the nomination: it felt hypocritical to have forced you into service, and then to send him away. So, even if you weren't aware of it, your spirit has been goading me on through this whole process! :)
In one sense, we can agree "all's well that ends well": no matter what, you will always be a more senior administrator than I, which is as it should be, both on the basis of merit, and on the theory that your Oct. 2005 RfA should have succeeded in the first place. 'Twas guilt over that, as well as WP's best interest, that led me to urge you persistently. :) Your appreciative lackey, Xoloz 03:13, 11 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Thank you so much
Hi LV. Thank you so much for your words of support over at Meta. Hey, you know you're on my list too, but that's a good one to be on ;) I just thought it'd be a bit of an overkill to list all the people that could vouch for me there (maybe even seven was too much...), not to mention that it's a drag bothering people with stuff that is not even related to the project per se — I'm hoping they won't feel the need to check with everybody I did list, since I feel I'm, well, imposing a little. Which is all the more reason for me to thank you yet again for taking the time to write your kind words of support there. Thanks again! Cheers, Redux 05:30, 13 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Skipping redirects
Hello He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. :o) I was just curious why you were skipping redirects to MythBusters in userspace. Is this in preparation for something else occupying that article space, or is just for the sake of skipping redirects? If it's the latter, you might be interested in Wikipedia:Redirect#Don't_fix_links_to_redirects_that_aren't_broken. Thanks, let me know what's going on. Talk to you soon! EWS23 | (Leave me a message!) 21:57, 13 May 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks for the quick response. No problems; as you said, the correct title is with the capital B, and should show up as such, at least in article-space. Feel free to use Avada Kedavra on those lowercase b's. Happy hunting! :o) EWS23 | (Leave me a message!) 22:14, 13 May 2006 (UTC)

A bold move! None of the anagrams is quite as ominous as "Lord Voldemort," but there are quite a lot of them. I salute you, Manliest Kern ! :-D FreplySpang (talk) 11:54, 14 May 2006 (UTC)
- (googling a little, hey, why does this take me to sl.wikipedia.org?) A-ha. Well, Mrlakenstein, Mannerist Elk, whatever. Thanks for offering to take a task off my hands. I was momentarily tempted to give you some horrible complicated thing off m:OTRS, but decided to spare you. Having the Dark Lord doing my bidding has a certain appeal, no doubt, but it's better for me to do my own dirty work! Cheers, FreplySpang (talk) 17:21, 15 May 2006 (UTC)
- Now you've got me giggling everytime I see your Dark Mark on a talk page. Um, giggling in dread and respect, of course. Here's a favor you could do for me: Put Irving Layton on your watchlist. Thanks for deleting it. I decided that I prefer not to smirk at people when they see my user page. Not polite, and all. Plus, I like the current image better, and without being on my userpage, the image was orphaned. —CuiviénenT|C, Monday, 15 May 2006 @ 20:42 UTC
[edit] Quick Question
I apologize in advance because I'm sure this is an unbelievably stupid question, but please, pardon my ignorance. I have a website organization that I created and I was interested in making a Wikipedia article for it. I know that there are rules against articles about one's self, but I wasn't sure if this met those criteria. Thank you very much and God Bless, Demosthenes 1 01:54, 18 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Thanks so much, Mark (?)
Thanks LV,
First, I must express my appreciation that you didn't kill me once you discovered that I exerted all that pressure on you whilst a mere user myself. :) Second, I must ask about your new signature: Thanks to your literary namesake's habit, I had assumed it was an anagram for something (after "Tom Mavolo Riddle), but I can't make sense of it. Is it, by chance, your human/mortal name?
And lastly, I must thank you for the way-too-kind at my RfA; I'm afraid you far outshine me in your "awesomeness," so much of what you said is better described as a sort of "autobiography by transference." ;) Still, I was deeply touched to have such praise from you, nominally the King of Evil. (Your secret, that you are really sweeter than a Gummi Bear, is safe with me!) I'm sure I'll be asking you for help with the buttons now. :) Our wiki-fates seem intertwined, so I trust we'll be seeing much more of each other. Fate has also decreed (by eleven votes, plus your overall brilliance) that you are forever my superior :), so you can expect to see me dawdling about your feet, asking if any menial wiki-labor needs doing. I have merged Adam Malkovich with Metroid Fusion, since there was a merge tag. I propose that Adam Malkovich be deleted ASAP because the content has been merged with the Metroid Fusion article.
