[edit] History of the Four Louis Petolicchios
The Petolicchio family originally immigrated to the United States from Italy, early in the 20th century. The first Louis Petolicchio was the son who came over with the family. He operated for many years as a trolley driver in Philidelphia, and "Great Pop" soon started a family, marrying "gradma jenny." They had three children, Louis, Richard, and Raymond. The second Louis grew up in philidelphia, and from the time of his teenage years, found a knoack for selling things. He worked for the "Best Lock" company for a long time in his adult life, and later, for "Tycho." He maried Barbera Blaker and also had three children, Louis, Laurie, and Kenneth.
The third Louis in the long line was a grade A student, and achieved the National Honor Society in high school. Later, in colledge, he also was entered into "Who's Who," another achievement society. After graduating from colledge he went to work for the "State Farm Insurance Company," as a reinspector. He met his wife, Laurel Lynn Toland, in SCOPE, a singles group. The couple had two children, Louis and David. Louis W.F. Petolicchio is currently the last Louis. Shortly after Louis' birth, during a trip to hisoric Philidelphia (the couple had moved out to Lancaster County, PA) they decided to get involved in political affairs, and this is where they began making waves.

Louis and Laurel Lynn Petolicchio joined a group of other conservative politicians and resolved to try and reform Lancaster County. Laurel was soon elected as the chairwoman of Donegal Township, as Louis R. Petolicchio (#3) used his amazing writing skills to benifit the campaigning conservatives. Soon, the couple began actively remforming Lancaster and helped spearhead several conservative movements. They helped pro-Life, pro-Gun, and tax reform movements, and helped elect several locally known political officers. In 2000, they joined the Constitution Party, the thrird largest political Party in the U.S. (next to Republican and Democrat.) Laurel Lynn became the national coordinator, while Louis continued to promote reform in the Republican Party. Several notable, but unsuccesful elections took place, as well as effective demonstrations, and movements. Louis W.(#4) had the chance to paticipate and soon gained a love for politics.
Unfortunantly, after many years of invovlement with the Constitution Party, retirement of the old leaders, and the squabblings for who would take over created internal strife, from which it still has not recovered. The Petolicchios found themselves caught in the middle. After the departure of many conservatives, and questionable leadership being set up, the Petolicchios thought it wiser to leave, but not before seriously scaring State Senator Noah Wenger. Laurel Lynn spent less than $100 on her campaign, but Wenger panicked anyway and plastered the society with his liturature.
For several years, the Petolicchios stayed reletively away from politics, and moved to Lebenon County, which butted up to Lancaster. However, their political neutrality was not to last long.
After moving, they soon discovered the state of politics in Lebenon. Lebenon County was essentialy being run by a glorified mob. State Senetor David "Chip" Brightbill controlled EVERYTHING in Lebenon, from just about every political office, to several major businesses. All the officials were puppets. COnservative, independent, political officer were soon removed and replaced with a Brightbill yes man. Anyone who dissagreed soon found themself suddenly fired for no reason, or experiencing ananymous threats, as well public disgrace. Every one who tried to take Brightbill down failed, and had a hard time getting back on their feet again. To top it off, Brightbill held a swaying power in the state senate, as senate majority leader. He held Lebenon, and portions of Dauphin, Chester, Berks, and Lancaster counties for over a decade.
However, when the State government voted themselves an unconstitutional pay raise in 2005, the public was infuriated, and the Petolicchios went back into action. They found Mike Folmer, a friend who went to the same church, and together with other friends, began planning Brightbill's downfall. The group of reformers kept their plans an absoulute secret for months as they planned. When the campaign began, right away, Brightbill began playing dirty, verbally attacking Mike, his family, and his friends. Fighting an uphill battle, the tiny group of reform-minded conservatives battled on. Soon, every media outlet that was not controlled by the senetors was reporting on the events in Lebanon. Soon the reformers grew, their numbers swelled, and the tiny group became an unstoppable avalange.
In one primary election, Brightbill, and the vast maority of his political flunkies were ousted, and the purge received nationwide coverage. The entire state of Pennsylvania was undergoing a purge by various reforming groups. This was probably the Petolicchio singularly greatest achievement to date, and they have since again addopted a neutral pose.

Louis was born in 1992, and taught himself to read and write at age three. He and his brother David involved themselves in many capers since their infancy, and are well liked by all members of the family. Louis attend Lititz Christian School, where he is a freshman. He and aa group of friends have formed the movie company "MAJESTY CINEMAWORKS" a stop-motion movie company. Their movies are made with Legos, and have varied between 30 seconds and twenty minutes. The movies are rapidly gaining popularity, and the group says they plan on actually bringing their dream into reality after college.
