Dear Mr. Hegre,
for the German and the English Wikipedia I sort of "maintain" the articles on Mrs. Shumeyko (see: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luba_Shumeyko and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luba_Shumeyko ). I hope you agree with me that an article on Mrs. Shumeyko would not be complete without a picture of her. However Wikipedia requires that pictures used will be released of all rights. You and Mrs. Shumeyko are the only persons who can actually do this.
To make a long story short: I would kindly request that you release a (low resolution) picture of Luba to Wikipedia. In order to do so, you must explicitely release ALL rights to this image, and the release has to be documented along with the image. Once released, you can not claim those rights back (Wikipedia is rather strict on this).
Though this may seem as rather drastic, it's the only way an image can be placed into the worldwide Wikipedia. But since I am only asking for a low resolution image, I hope that you and Mrs. Shumeyko will agrre to this.
If you want to cooperate on that matter, given the nature of Wikipedia I would recommend either a portrait photo or a dressed photo. I hope you and Luba will kindly consider this request. I am looking forward to get a reply from you.
Thank you very much!
