Hi all,
I'm pretty new to this so please be forgiving.
My interests include military history so minor edits in this area might be found though I am certainly not an authority.
I work in an electrical utility and hope to have a small impact in this area. The current articles that I have had a bit of a troll through leave a bit to be desired though at least they are a startng point.
I hope to improve pages by keeping a global perspective particularly with terminology. I am aware of many differences even in my country(Australia), between companies so will try to be aware of what I write.
I also like random articles and for some reason I seem to enjoy the talk pages more than the articles themselves, particularly on any controversial topic.
thanks for being patient Lumberjack Steve 08:02, 22 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Regarding ==Please talk about the journeyman article.==
I love the name! I <3 you! I don't think PC is an issue; I personally like lineworker more than lineperson! Thanks!.100110100 10:21, 5 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Just To Talk
I read your user page, you know what I'm just like you! I find that the most Talk pages with controversial topics are the most intersting.100110100 10:23, 5 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Gender neutral terms
Hiya. I noticed your contributions to User:100110100's talk page re gender neutral terms, etc. in Linesman. It's not an issue that I devote a lot of headspace to, but I'd really like to see User:100110100's contributions not get him/her in trouble. In that spirit, I modified his/her/their/um.../sigh... recent contrib to Artisan to try to tone down the "it has to be this way because I'm right and you're all wrong, dammit!!" aspect, while still fairly describing what's behind the contrib. I mean, there is a point there, and I think it's fair to note it in the respective articles, while not doing violence to English as it's actually used.
