Makhdoom Rashid

Makhdum Rashid is a town in Multan, Punjab, Pakistan. The town is named after a saint named Makhdum Abd ur Rashid Haqqani, the cousin of Makhdum Baha ul Haq (Baha ud Din Zakrya). The population is approximately 30,000. The majority of the population is from the Makhdum Abd ur Rashid family, also known as Quraishi Hashmi.
