[edit] Big Update/Change
- Towns and additional areas need to be seperate. Things like Helios Tower, Perion Excavation Site, ect are not actual towns. I also made a seperate place for the marriage systems, and minigames.
- Rearranged the Quests by oldest to newest to the best of my memory.
- I figured a "KoreaMS Test Server Only" Icon should be used instead of having the words (Test Server) written under a checkmark would look cleaner. The icon choice I don't know about, you can consider something else.
- Riprey red forest area and icy mountain area (dungeon?) are KoreaMS test server exclusive for now as far as I know. I figured it would be better to specify that even though other versions have the town Riprey, that they don't nessessarly have "all" of Riprey yet.
- Forgot, There are two new beginner skills on the korean test server, so it should be noted that the other servers don't have "all" of the beginner skills yet. -- Takiten 14:59, 25 November 2006 (UTC)
Guess that's all for now. -- Takiten 08:32, 25 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Thai version does not have Amoria.
{{Editprotected}} Noted above on subject. I have checked the whole website, asked my co-workers, and anyone else who I knew who could understand thai. Amoria isn't released yet.
--AOL Alex 19:31, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
- It's not release yet, but it is coming out soon. There is a link to it on the main article in the marriage section. JapanMS is getting Amoria later this month too, though I don't have any proof to it, other than the amoria music is in the latest JMS data.wz. -- Takiten 22:09, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
- An edit that should be made, is JMS has Henesys PQ now. -- Takiten 02:31, 2 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] New format
I don't think that the "Exclusive" label is necessary, it's somewhat self-explanatory. -- Prod-You 02:04, 7 February 2007 (UTC)
- I tried using text checkmarks and X's. Looks great in firefox, but very ugly in IE. -- Takiten 16:19, 7 February 2007 (UTC)
I think the exclusive label should remain, at least in the case of coca cola town, because that's something that (unless extreme circumstances arise) will never be seen in any other version. it exists through a partnership between the KoreanMS and the Coke corporation, so it's not coming to any other versions. "exclusive" fits this best. Lunatio 15:08, 8 February 2007 (UTC)
- I strongly disagree the move from changing pictures to words. Ever heard of a picture is worth a thousand words? I think you're fixing something that isn't broken. The old symbols (green ticks, red crosses, yellow star, black question mark) is much clearer than having a red box saying "no" or green box saying "yes" in words. [edit] Amoria: more than a wedding system
I think that, with the addition of the beginnings of a dungeon, in addition to the number of quests there, that makes it a full-fledged town, and should appear in the towns list. Figured it would be better to talk it out here first though. Peach Blossom is far less interactive and useful. If not now, maybe after the dungeon has been completed or extended further.IsaacGS 04:26, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] About ThailandMS getting PvP.
In ThailandMS Website, it says that ThailandMS is getting the PvP. Does that mean ThailandMS is getting Shanghai Wai-Tan and Yu Yuan Garden as well? - wkkim9292 00:54, 3 March 2007 (UTC)
- Entering PvP area is through a portal and the portal can be relocated anywhere. ChinaMS has the portal in Yu Yuan Garden but it's plausible that ThailandMS relocate it to somewhere else. A good example is SEA. They took out the pilot at Perion to transport players to Shanghai. Instead they use Perring (which should be for Mushroom Shrine only) to transport. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by OhanaUnited (talk • contribs) 04:40, 3 March 2007 (UTC).
- True, but on the Thai site there's pictures of chinese-style gates leading to the area. Don't know if that's YuYuan, but i've (temporarily) implemented it in the chart for the time being. IsaacGS 20:24, 3 March 2007 (UTC)
- You need Shanghai to get to Yu Yuan Garden. The only except is in TaiwanMS where additional portals are located at Riprey (which is definetely not available in ThailandMS) and Orbis (but highly doubt it). Let's just give it a few days and everything will clear up in no time.
- Additional to that, can anyone check if KMS has PvP or not?
- OhanaUnited 02:42, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
- KoreaMS doesn't have PvP. KoreaMS also doesn't have Yu Yuan Garden. - Wkkim9292 06:31, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks for your confirmation. I was mistaken about KMS having PvP OhanaUnited 15:31, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
- Are you sure about that? Cause I've seen screenshots (ChinaMS) of the PVP portal in Perion, Orbis, and other towns in Victoria and Ossyria. So ThailandMS could very well just get those portals directly to the Yuyuan Garden, and never get Shanghai at all, or at least until later on. -- Takiten 04:28, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
- Actually, I think the PVP portals take you to the PVP arena map(s) and not the Yuyuan Garden town map. So ThailandMS most likely is not getting Yuyuan Garden. They are probably just getting the PVP arena portion and not the town itself. -- Takiten 02:36, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
- It's true that there are portals in most of the major towns that take you straight to the PVP arena, but those didn't appear until later. IsaacGS 18:37, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
- Doesn't mean they can't skip ahead. The ThailandMS website usually explains very well in detail what they are getting, and there is no mention of a new town, let alone the yuyuan garden. If anything, they are not getting the garden yet, but will probably get it with Shanghai in a later patch. -- Takiten 20:13, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
- KoreaMS doesn't have PvP. KoreaMS also doesn't have Yu Yuan Garden. - Wkkim9292 06:31, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] CMS Thai Market
[1] This is my proof. I'm checking it off now. thought i'd share it with you all. IsaacGS 02:44, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
- Confirmed. They will also be releasing Fishing System as well. The announced release date is March 16, 2007 OhanaUnited 03:04, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] ThailandMS getting Fish Catching.
[2]This is the link which tells that ThailandMS is getting Fish Catching. ThailandMS is also getting Changoo Boss Area (Pine Forest) - Wkkim9292 09:11, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
- Do you think that we should add the Tengu/Changoo area to the Area Availability section? i think it needs to be there now, since it's part of Zipangu and not all versions have it. IsaacGS 04:34, 8 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] TaiwanMS is getting Floating Market on 3/28
[3] This is the proof. - Wkkim9292 22:34, 17 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Zakum squad, quest helper, beginner's guide, etc.
Should these little things be added to the list, or do all versions have these now? Scriptdaemon 09:24, 8 April 2007 (UTC)
- Beginner's guide is now in every version, so is quest helper. Zakum squads isn't, but we've already implemented it on Strategy wiki. Since this isn't even really used here anymore, why do we still update it? IsaacGS 22:14, 8 April 2007 (UTC)
