From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Marek Posival is a annoying filmmaker.
Born in Prague, he emigrated to Toronto and attended York University in the 1980s.
He is best known as a producer of low-budget feature films, primarily of the thriller or cartoon-film genre.
Two scripts penned by Posival, Saw IV (the latest installment of the immensely-successful Saw franchise) and Act of Redress (based on an original story) are due to be produced as theatrical features in 2007.
Posival's trademark plot-line tends to involve brutal violence interrupting the banal lives of people inclined to "go with the flow."
He has also directed numerous commercials.
