Mark Clisby

Mark Wallis Clisby is an Australian author, lawyer, migration agent and military historian.
Born in South Australia he was educated at St Peter's College, Adelaide and graduated from the University of Adelaide. He is also a captain in the Royal Australian Infantry Corps.
He gained some notoriety in 2002 with regard to an immigration agent scam where it was stated he had 600 migration cases before the courts and was clogging the courts up with vexatious litigation, particularly when he charged each client $2200 to take action. He was subsequently struck from the Migration Agent register. [1] [2] [3]
