Mark Kobayashi-Hillary

Mark Kobayashi-Hillary is a British management and business writer based in London, UK. His main area of expertise is the related business strategies of outsourcing and offshoring, though he is also interested in the development of the Internet and consumer interactivity with the Internet through Web 2.0. He writes a regular blog on outsourcing for the VNU magazine 'Computing' and publishes audio interviews on outsourcing for the Talking Outsourcing podcast on iTunes.
Kobayashi-Hillary is the author of 'Outsourcing to India: The Offshore Advantage' (Springer 2004, 2nd Edition 2005). He contributed to 'Technology and Offshore Outsourcing Strategies' (Palgrave 2005), edited by Peter Brudenall. He co-authored 'Global Services: Moving to a Level Playing Field' (BCS 2007 - with Dr Richard Sykes) and has edited a volume of essays by global Chief Executives titled 'Building a Future with BRICs: The Next Decade for Offshoring' (Springer 2007).
