Mark Spencer (Australia)

Mark Spencer (Sydney, 12 March 1966 -) , Australian Liberal Party candidate for the New South Wales legislative election, 2007 for the NSW seat of Blacktown [1]. Mark is an accountant and has a Bachelor of Business degree and a Masters of Labour Relations and Law. He is married to wife Melanie, and has three children.
