The woman who 'plays' Mavis Beacon is not the first MB. Who is she? Who was the first Mavis Beacon, the model/actress, that is? --rand (services@commoffice.com)
My recollection is, that the woman who appeared on the first Mavis Beacon box was just a saleswoman at a department store that Les Crane asked to pose for us. She was not a professional model. We didn't have the money to pay for a pro model in the early days.
