McAllen-Miller International Airport (IATA: MFE, ICAO: KMFE) is an airport located 2 miles (3.2 km) south of McAllen, Texas. The airport has 2 runways,and one main Terminal with 5 gates and jet bridges ( which are used all year round).

McAllen fulfills its international title with scheduled commercial service to both the United States and Mexico.

The airport features a business center, free wireless internet, 2 cafés, a bar, and a gift shop/duty free shop.

According to the updated 20-year Master Plan for MFE, runway 13/31 will be extended to 10,000 ft. In addition, a parallel runway will be added. An expanded cargo apron will be on the south side of the airport. The terminal will also be expanded to include eight gates including jet bridges. In early 2006, Gate 5 opened on the main concourse due to the arrival of Delta Connection. Three additional gates have yet to open.^{[citation needed]}
