Minae Noji (born 1973) is a Japanese actress who has been in a small variety of starring and guest starring roles on various TV shows, movies, and video games.

Minae Noji is an only child. Her father is an engineer and her mother is an accountant; her grandfather was a painter and she has various aunts who paint and make jewelry. Minae has a women's accessories line with her friend, Emy Coligado, called EmyMinae. Minae is currently on the soap opera General Hospital playing the role of Dr. Kelly Lee.
