Miroslav Kadlec (born June 22, 1964 in Uherské Hradiště), is a Czech football defender. He played for Czechoslovakia and later the Czech Republic; for both he played a total of 64 matches and scored two goals.
Kadlec took part in the 1990 FIFA World Cup, played unsubstituted all five games. Six years later he led the Czech national football team on its way to the 1996 UEFA European Football Championship silver, where he missed only one game because of the two yellow cards suspension. As a captain, he was honored to introduce the Czech players to HM Queen Elizabeth II during the opening session of the final at the Wembley Stadium.
His son Michal Kadlec currently plays for AC Sparta Praha.
