MKTV

MKTV is a satellite television channel, based in Milton Keynes, England. The channel launched on February 26, 2007, and is headed by mobile phone and real estate tycoon Jawad Siddiqui.
As part of its marketing strategy, MKTV agreed a £2.5 million sponsorship deal with the British Basketball League, prior to airing, that stated from 2007 it would be screening 40 live games per season, in a 10 year deal. The first game broadcasted was the BBL Trophy final on March 4, 2007, which saw Plymouth Raiders win 74-65 against the Newcastle Eagles.
The channel is on Sky channel 227.
