[edit] Mobile Billboards
Mobile Billboards are a method of advertising that can reach target audiences usually through the use of a mobile truck. The mobile billboard will travel on a predetermined route dictated by Department of Transportation traffic counts, or as dictated by the client. It is also used as a effective means to advertise where traditional billboards are prohibited or are unavailable.
Mobile Billboards are known as a form of Out-Of-Home Advertising. Radio and static billboards fall into the same category. Mobile billboards provide everyone from small businesses to large corporations an innovative marketing tool at an affordable rate. This form of advertising can quickly increase brand recognition and boost sales.
Most mobile billboard companies print high resolution campaigns on vinyl banner type material. The billboards are displayed behind 10'x6' glass panels on the side of the trucks and a 6'x6' panel on the rear of the truck. The advertisements are highly visible at night when utilized with high entensity interior lighting that glows from behind the billboards. It gives the advertisement the feel of a high-definition television.
Also, box type trucks with glass panel billboard displays can be turned into a 3-D display. Many companies use these trucks for parades, product launches, furniture displays, and anything else one can conceive going into a mobile display case. People can even be placed in most areas in the back, drawing further attention to the clients message.
