- Locals walk over for their very first time Stari Most during the opening in Mostar, Bosnia-Herzegovina. The "Old Bridge", or Stari most, which is the towns symbol, was destroyed during the Balkan war in 1993. It was officially reopened for the public on July 23, 2004 after several years of reconstruction. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Samuel Bendet) (Released)
