Mostostal

Mostostal is a Polish steel structure company with the seat in Zabrze. Mostostal is active in the range of the industrial building (chemical plants, transmitting poles, etc..) and belongs to the largest enterprises of the industry in Poland. The enterprise was created in the year 1945 in Kraków, shifted briefly thereafter the seat after Zabrze. In the year 2001 the gross income of the company amounted to approx. 1.227 millions PLN (about 400 millions correspond to EUR), of it approx.. 193 millions PLN (about 50 millions correspond to EUR) in the foreign business. Nearly 60% of the external turnover were obtained in Germany, where the enterprise maintains an address (in load-separate).
The company Mostostal built also at the beginning of the 70's the radio mast in Konstantynow, which was the tallest structure on earth intill its collapse in 1991.
