Simon Moussa (born July 17, 1987) is a Belgian football striker currently playing for AZ Alkmaar. He started his professional career playing for K.F.C. Germinal Beerschot, a team currently in the top division of Belgium football. He then signed for Willem II Tilburg. He signed for AZ in the summer of 2006, and in October of the same year, he made his first international appearance, against the national football team of Azerbaijan. The youngster is said to have high expectations for his future, and top-flight teams, such as Real Madrid, are interested in signing him. However, Dembélé has taken a gradual approach to his progression in the world of football, and has chosen to build his reputation for smaller groups rather than join the B-team of a bigger one.
