Mr. Pilfer

Mr. Pilfer is a corporate tyrant who cares about nothing except the bottom line. Pilfer is Chip Staka’s anonymous senior partner, who communicates with him only by speakerphone. His face or identity is never shown. He’s a mysterious recluse that watches the charts for peaks. However, when sales dip, he goes to the speakerphone to antagonize and threaten "Da Big Boss" Chip Staka. What is known about Mr. Pilfer is that he has been a big shot in the music industry for a very long time, and was once president of Vulture Records, the company that single handedly commercialized Rock 'n Roll.
