Mrs.KMPM Inter College was established in 1986.
This is the only intermediate college which is led by Tata Steel. The college is named after Mrs. Keokee Monroe Perin, wife of Mr. Charles Page Perin, consultant engineer of Tata Steel. It is situated at central part of the city popularly known as Bistupur.
KMPM offers courses in all three streams of 10+2 classes viz. Arts, Science and Commerce. Till recent times admissions were restricted to wards of Tata Steel employees only, but lately it has opened its door for others also.
