[edit] Trivia
- Jim Hanks, brother of Tom Hanks, plays Dr. Turner who, along with Dr. Hooch, is the subject of a joke by Turk and J.D. which put them together on a single shift as "Turner and Hooch." Tom Hanks played Turner in the film of the same name.
- This is the only episode in which the Janitor refers to Elliot as Elliot rather than "Blond Doctor"
