Naim Popal (Persian: نعیم پوپل) is an Afghan singer. He now resides in Fremont, California, USA, continuing singing in exile. His popularity soared shortly after the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan. He also became very poplar in Iran where he is a well recognized face, eclipsing other Afghan singers in achieving fame in that country.
