I contest that, while this image is from a copyrighted source, it's use in the article Narendra Modi constitutes as fair use under United States copyright law.
- It is a photograph of a notable politician
- It is used for informative purposes
- It is a low-resolution reproduction of a photograph and does not inhibit the photographer's right to profit from the work
I acknowledge that the aforementioned fair use laws do not transfer cleanly into those of other nations, and that US fair use law is subject to change.
