The National Business Research Institute, Inc (NBRI, Inc) is a privately held survey and market research corporation based in Addison, Texas. NBRI specializes in psychological research for business, commonly referred to as employee surveys and customer surveys. Project Leaders possess Ph.D. degrees in psychological research, and have assisted thousands of firms around the world since 1982.

NBRI, Inc has conducted scientific, psychological, research for numerous Fortune 500 companies since its inaugural study of Frito-Lay in 1982. Since then, NBRI has partnered with firms as diverse as Electronic Data Systems (EDS), CompUSA, Texas Utilities (TXU), John Deere, Daimler-Chrysler, and Blockbuster Entertainment to assist them in assessing the complex psychological issues of their customers and employees. NBRI is a firm of 30 Ph.D. psychologists and 300 employees with training and experience in the business application of psychological research. NBRI conducts psychological business research of all types while specializing in Customer and Employee Surveys.
