The Nokia N800 Internet Tablet is a wireless Internet appliance from Nokia, originally announced at the Las Vegas CES 2007 Summit in January 2007. The N800 was developed as the successor to the Nokia 770.

- Processor: OMAP2420 microprocessor at 330 MHz.
- Memory: 128 MB of RAM and 256 MB of flash memory.
- Connectivity: IEEE_802.11 b/g, Bluetooth 2.0, and USB 2.0 high-speed.
- Display & Resolution: 4.1 inches 800×480, (the same as the 770.)
- Expansion: 2 full-sized Secure Digital card slots, one internal and one external.
- Camera: built-in webcam
- Audio: microphone, stereo speakers, FM radio tuner[1], Headphone jack (with microphone input)
- Operating System: Linux-based Maemo 3.0 in the form of Internet Tablet OS 2007.

One of the strengths of the N800 over similar devices is that due to the open source Linux based operating system, there are many third party applications. Some are original software, others are ports from desktop Linux.
Some notable applications include:
- Canola - a media player with network streaming
- Maemo-mapper - a mapping program that integrates with online map sources, and GPS.
- Mplayer - a media player
- Obscura Photo Manager
- SDict Viewer - a viewer for dictionaries, reference books, and encyclopedias, using the sdict format developed by AXMA Soft.
