Norman Radcliffe

John Norman Radcliffe was a former member of the Legislative Council.
He was born in 1931 and educated at Ramsey Grammar School. He became a farmer before being both a member and the Chairman of the Andreas Parish Commissioners. In 1976 he was elected as Member of the House of Keys for Ayre and in 1985 he was elevated to the LegCo. He is also served as the Chairman (now Minister) of several Boards in the pre-Ministerial era. He died in 2002.
