North Coast may refer to
- The Northeast Ohio or Greater Cleveland regions of the U.S. state of Ohio, on the south shore of Lake Erie and hence referred to as America's "North Coast" (compare to Third Coast).
- North Coast, New South Wales
- The California North Coast.
- An American Viticultural Area consisting of Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino, Lake, Marin, and Solano Counties in California
- North Coast (provincial electoral district) for the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia, Canada.
There is also the North Coast Limited, a famous passenger train in the United States between Chicago and Seattle.
